Lab Overview:

This lab modeled and analyzed a roller-coaster–based pilot training simulator using principles of particle dynamics. Using MATLAB and the ode45 numerical solver, we simulated the vehicle trajectory through multiple track elements including a loop, zero-G parabola, banked turn, and braking section. Along each section, acceleration and G-forces experienced by the pilot were calculated. The design ensured that forces remained within safe limits and that all track segments connected smoothly to produce a physically realistic and rideable trajectory.
